No Snow Waste

SO MUCH SNOW! About 8 in! I just had to do something with it...besides build a snow-man! How about an igloo? It started out as a good idea but didn't end well. I think my "block" size was too big so it didn't quite work but it was kinda cool even though I didn't finish it! Maybe next year.

I took this picture sometime later so the sun has melted it a bit and it snowed again...but there she is ha ha!

Christmas Eve Snow!

This was a most perfect day! SNOW!!!! ON.CHRISTMAS.EVE!!! Kenzie and I had to play in it! We attempted to sled down the drive-way but the snow wasn't packed so the sled idea didn't really work out.
Dad got out the 4-wheeler and hooked some tubes on the back and drove us up and down the road and through the yard! It was fun...until we all started freezing, which didn't take too long. Kenzie and I were covered in snow.

The 26th! More Sledding!
Dad took us up to the mountain to the "sledding hill" which also wasn't packed down so we just sled down the roads which was a TON of fun!  Sledding is probably my favorite thing we do every year around Christmas! Sometimes Dad will drive behind us to see how fast we get going!
We had a contest to see who could get the farthest! Oh yeah...I WON! Of course I weigh more but I accredit it to skill! :)

Crock Pot Bread..?

Im sure you've seen this on Pinterest? Well I really wanted to try it out and...I really thought it was gonna turn out super awesome. Wrong! It turned out...well...like this...

The bread itself tasted pretty good! It was just extremely flat. Pretty sure it fell. Maybe next time it will turn out better, we shall see. After this failed attempt I made a loaf the regular way and rosemary bread is pretty good, has a lot of flavor! Got the  recipe from hintofhoney.blogspot.com
